Community Coordinator, Kesha
You’ll mostly find me hanging out on the content page or over on the forum. Either way, I’m here to help make your experience on the platform educational, helpful, and engaging.
I regularly collaborate with internal teams, such as Success Managers, Product, Vertical, and Trend Managers, as well as Customer Support, to share best practices that can help you grow your career on Fiverr. You’ll also see me making sure you’re up to date on platform changes, policy shifts, and any other important information you’ll want to know as a freelancer on Fiverr.
Lastly, I am here to answer your questions. While I can’t provide account-specific support, I’m happy to offer general advice, product tips, or guidance whenever you need it. I also do my best to advocate for you by reporting any feedback, bugs, or issues you share with the relevant teams at Fiverr.

Her passion for building a thriving community shaped by freelancers, for freelancers, has led her to reimagine what clubs can be: impactful, inclusive, and meaningful for sellers just like you. She partners with Community Leaders from around the world, guiding and empowering them to lead their local communities effectively. Sophia also spotlights unique and inspiring freelancer stories to amplify talent, celebrate success, and inspire others in the community. She creates spaces and experiences where freelancers can connect, collaborate, and grow.

Europe Community & Partnerships Manager, Pauline
Whether you’re in the UK, France, or Germany, Pauline is the friendly face behind many of the initiatives designed to help Fiverr‘s European community grow, connect, and thrive. To do this, she partners with entrepreneurial communities and co-working spaces to create opportunities that support your freelance journey. She also organizes both online and in-person events where you can learn new skills, swap stories, and build real connections with fellow freelancers.
Finally, she helps share inspiring Success Stories from Fiverr freelancers to be shared on the Community Hub. If you’ve got an inspiring story to tell, she’s all ears.
Asia Community Manager, Zahid
Zahid is our Community Manager for Asia. He plays a key role in building a vibrant freelance community across Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia. Zahid leads virtual and in-person events, supports local Community Leaders, and ensures freelancers across the region feel heard, supported, and connected.
Forum Moderators, Ana, Filip, and Milena
Our fantastic moderators help keep the Forum safe, welcoming, and organized. Filip, Ana, and Milena are here to answer your Fiverr-related questions, provide guidance, and troubleshoot whenever possible.
They also keep the space running smoothly by removing spam, organizing boards, and ensuring conversations stay respectful and on-topic. If you ever need guidance, feel free to tag them in your posts and comments.
Digital Community Manager, Lyndsey
As Digital Community Manager, Lyndsey helps ensure that our Community Hub runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. She played a key role in curating the new and improved forum experience so that you could have a more user-friendly and engaging experience. She also works on the technical side to roll out new features, product releases, and strategy for the digital community educational content.
Generally speaking, Lyndsey is the Community’s eyes in the sky, collaborating directly with Success Managers, Product, and Brand teams to connect freelancers with the most relevant content, events, and insights from Fiverr.
In addition to this core team, we also have Fiverr freelancers who play key roles in the community. On the Forum, you'll find Community Moderators who support us in maintaining the forum. In Clubs, you’ll also have Community Leaders who are there to guide you through your freelancing journey and help you feel connected every step of the way.
