Welcome to the Fiverr Community, a platform for collaboration, discussions, and learning among our users. While Fiverr community events are supposed to be fun and engaging and should promote conversations and questions, they are also professional forums. We've established these rules of Conduct to ensure a positive and respectful environment. Fiverr requires our users to agree to follow these rules and comply with Fiverr’s Community Standards and Terms of Service to use the Fiverr Community platform.
Rules
- Harassment, personal attacks, abusive language, and bullying of any kind are not allowed. Treat all community members, including Fiverr employees, with courtesy and respect.
- No Discrimination or Hate Speech
- Discrimination or hateful content based on personal characteristics such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or nationality is strictly prohibited.
- Content promoting illegal activities, such as drug use or trafficking.
- Explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- AI-generated content unless explicitly permitted.
- No Spam or Self-Promotion
- Avoid spamming, repetitive posts, or promoting external services and links unless directly relevant to the discussion.
- Do not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others without explicit consent.
General Engagement Guidelines
- Ensure your contributions are relevant to the forum, club, or event. Off-topic or repetitive content may be removed to maintain the flow of discussions.
- Constructive Communication
- Participate thoughtfully. Healthy debates are welcome, but trolling, inflammatory remarks or disruptive behavior are not.
- Engage Respectfully During Events
- When attending virtual events or discussions, maintain a respectful and constructive tone. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session.
- Adhere to Additional Rules
- Clubs and events may have their own rules. Be sure to review and follow them as part of your participation.
- Use the platform’s reporting tools to flag inappropriate content or behavior. Reports will be reviewed promptly.
Moderation
Fiverr reserves the right to:
- Edit, move, and/or remove any or all posts at any time, if deemed necessary and as a result of violations of these guidelines.
- Limit temporarily or permanently disable accounts due to a breach of Fiverr’s Terms of Service and Community Standards.
- Threads explicitly created with the intent of instigating negativity/dogpiling are subject to removal by Fiverr staff.
- Repeated or severe violations can result in suspension or removal from the Community.
Fiverr Community is based on User-Generated Content (UGC) and is the sole responsibility of the user. While we do our best to check and review the content created/uploaded to the platform, we cannot guarantee to identify all violations of copyright or other rights.
If you believe any of the uploaded content violates your copyright or a related exclusive right, you should follow the process outlined here. Fiverr looks into reported violations and removes or disables content shown to be violating third party rights. These terms are subject to all of Fiverr's general Terms of Service and other policies referenced there.
