Hi, my name is Abhi.
I'm an IT Engineer by profession, but my true passion has always been graphic design. Ever since childhood, I’ve been drawn to colors, drawing, and crafting. That creative spark never left me.
After completing my engineering degree, I discovered Fiverr in 2016. At the time, I didn’t have a clear goal—I was simply fascinated by how Fiverr worked. Driven by curiosity and a desire to explore graphic design further, I decided to give it a shot. I published my first gig in the logo design category, and to my surprise, I received my first order within a week. That moment was a huge confidence booster and marked the beginning of my journey.
Gradually, the order flow increased, and managing communication, designing, and timely deliveries became a challenge. That’s when I decided to build a team. I started by hiring client-facing employees to handle communication and then brought on a team of in-house designers. I personally trained them and set up a proper hierarchy to ensure smooth operations. From day one, I
focused on delivering accurate, high-quality work with clear and effective communication. Often, I went the extra mile to overdeliver and impress my buyers.
Fiverr recognized my dedication, and in 2018, I was promoted to Top Rated Seller (TRS). My reputation grew steadily, along with the number of buyers and orders. In 2019, I had the incredible opportunity to visit Fiverr's headquarters in Israel, where I met the CEO, Micha Kaufman—a dream come true! I also participated in discussions with over 50 Fiverr team members during that visit.
Of course, every journey has its ups and downs. At one point, I was demoted from TRS to Level Two, which shook my confidence and impacted my business. But giving up was never an option. I learned from my mistakes, worked on myself, and after 1.5 years of persistence, I was once again promoted to TRS. This time, I returned even stronger—as a Fiverr Pro.
Strategies I followed after getting demotion
- I checked all the orders of the last month, and figure out what went wrong from the buyers perspective.
- I tried to discuss it with my success manager and community members on how to avoid the mistakes that I made, and what was incorrect in the process or my workflow that I was following previously.
- After a proper analysis of everything, I was able to figure out a few areas where I was lacking and started implementing the new strategies to improvise my service, communication and deliveries on fiverr.
To keep it short and sweet:
It’s been nearly 9 years since I started on Fiverr. Today, I’m a Top Rated Seller, Fiverr Pro, Community Leader, 7-figure seller, and lead a team of over 100 employees, with offices in two different countries.
I hope my story inspires you. If there's one success mantra I can share, it's this:
Always believe in yourself. Communicate clearly. Set the right expectations. And whenever possible, overdeliver—because ultimate client satisfaction is the key.
